what i eat in a day as a vegetarian – a collab!

hello lovelies,

i’m back with another collab! i have been doing a ton of collaborations lately & i’m loving it! if you would like to see more of my collabs, go to the collaboration category on my blog! this time, i’m working with karen, and we are going to be sharing what we eat in a day!

i am obsessed with food, and making it! after cooking up a delicious meal, you feel so proud and satisfied, oh and you get to eat it! today i had some great food and i am going to share some photos with you! i didn’t take photos of some of my snacks and desserts, sorry!

this is the perfect meal to start my day with! its so refreshing, nutritious & delicious! oh hey, that rhymes!!! i absolutely LOVE making smoothies!

for a snack before lunch i had chai tea and an oatmeal cookie. it was the perfect combination! the chai tea mix is from starbucks and is the best!!

for lunch i had this delicious toast thing? i’m not sure what to call it. it was so delicious & super easy to make!! after lunch i had some trail mix, and before dinner i had a peach & blueberries!

and finally for supper i had pesto pizza! on top was arugula and cheese! yum! for dessert i had a scoop (or two) of matcha ice-cream!

what I eat in a day

Hello! Today I am going to be sharing what I eat in a day. Keep in mind, I don’t eat these things every single day and some days I don’t eat as healthy haha.

B R E A K F A S T

For breakfast I had a delicious smoothie bowl. I like to eat smoothie bowls because you can customize them however you would like. I added frozen fruit, juice, and greek yogurt together, and blended in my Magic Bullet. I then added tons of delicious toppings, like hemp hearts and sliced almonds.

For lunch, I had a quesadilla with mozzarella and orange peppers. The mozzarella is dairy free (its made out of soy), because I am trying to cut dairy out of my diet. I had mango salsa, guacamole, and hummus on the side, along with veggies. It was very filling and tasty.

I had a strawberry mango smoothie for a snack and it was so good! I definitely recommend drinking smoothies, because they only take a few minutes to make and are really filling.

 

D I N N E R

For supper I had a delicious wrap. It was my first time making this meal, and certainly not my last. It was so easy to make and very filling. I added hummus and guacamole on a wrap, along with greek salad I had the night before. I also had tortilla chips and mango salsa.
